Privacy notice

This site is run by Cache Robotics, the Dubai based distributor behind AV RACKS. This notice explains, in plain terms, what happens to any information you send us through it.

What we collect

If you use the chat or enquiry form on this site, we receive the details you type in: your name, your phone number, your message and the address of the page you were on when you sent it. If you contact us on WhatsApp at +971 58 541 2806, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with the number you send it from. Like most websites, this site also uses a simple analytics service to count visits; it does not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

Enquiries are sent securely to cache.ae and answered by the Cache Robotics team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow it up. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

Deletion requests

If you would like the details from a past enquiry deleted, message or call +971 58 541 2806 and tell us the name or number you enquired under. We will confirm once it is removed.

If anything here is unclear, ask us directly on WhatsApp. A short question gets a short answer.
